About me

Hi, it’s nice to have you here. A little bit about me—I’m someone who finds deep meaning in holding space for others. I’ve always been drawn to the quieter conversations, the messy in-betweens, and the strength it takes to show up when things feel hard.

Outside of the counselling room, you’ll probably find me near the ocean, curled up with a good book, or chasing the sun in the backyard with my cats. I believe in balance, boundaries, and the healing power of connection—both with others and within ourselves.

This work isn’t just my career; it’s a calling that blends my lived experiences with professional training to help others feel seen, heard, and supported exactly as they are.

My Approach

I offer a trauma-informed space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns without judgment. My approach is collaborative and client-centered—we move at your pace, guided by curiosity, care, and the belief that healing happens through connection, not perfection.Whether you're an individual navigating your relationship with food and body, a loved one seeking support, or an organization looking to foster healthier conversations around mental health, I aim to create a space for healing and connection.

My practice integrates:

How do I know if this is right for me?

If food, body image, or eating habits are causing stress, anxiety, or impacting your daily life, therapy can help. An initial consultation can help us determine if this approach is a good fit for you.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes! At this time, I only provide online sessions.

How long does treatment take?

Recovery is a personal journey, and the timeline varies for each individual. Some clients find short-term support helpful, while others benefit from ongoing therapy. We will create a plan that works best for you.

What happens in a session?

Sessions are a safe space to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors related to food and body image. We’ll work on developing coping strategies, challenging negative beliefs, and building a balanced mindset.

Do I need a diagnosed eating disorder to seek support?

No. You don’t need a formal diagnosis to get help. If you’re struggling with your relationship with food, body image, or eating habits, therapy can be beneficial.

Who do you work with?

I work with individuals struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns, and many other challenges. My approach is inclusive and supportive of all genders, backgrounds, and ages.

What is the cancellation policy?

48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
