Each session is approximately 50 minutes, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.

How long does treatment take?

Do I need a diagnosed eating disorder to seek support?

No. You don’t need a formal diagnosis to get help. If you’re struggling with your relationship with food, body image, or eating habits, therapy can be beneficial.
