The counselling process is collaborative and tailored to your pace, helping you develop tools to challenge negative self-talk and cultivate acceptance. Each session is approximately 50 minutes, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.

I integrate a variety of evidence-based methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies, and somatic therapy, tailored to your unique needs.
